Yes, hemp is federally legal in all 50 states as of 2018 when the Farm Bill passed. Hemp can contain no more than a trace amount of THC (<0.3%). Remember, hemp is different from marijuana which contains 15-30% THC. Functional mushrooms are simply superfoods and are therefore not regulated or tested on drug screens.
Since hemp only has trace amounts of THC (even some of the products at Green Compass have removed the trace amount of THC; we call these "broad spectrum" products), you will not feel any psychoactive effects. Most people tell you they just notice the absence of the bothersome feelings/issues they were experiencing prior to starting a hemp-based wellness regimen.

We have 3 main delivery methods: 1) jelly that you chew & swallow 2) oil that you hold under your tongue then swallow 3) topical products
I take a broad spectrum + digestive jelly each morning when I wake up. Around 4pm, I take 1 mL of the broad spectrum tincture.
For pain, nausea or extra hormone support, I use 1mL of the cinnamon CBDA isolate as needed (this is a desert island item for me!).
