Mama Tribe Village, LLC assumes no responsibility for the improper use of these products. We do not make any health claims about our products and recommend consulting with a qualified medical doctor or physician prior to consuming our products. It is especially important for those who are pregnant, nursing, chronically ill, elderly or under the age of 18 to discuss the use of these products with your practitioner prior to consuming.

PROVIDERS: By purchasing this membership, you are agreeing to have your business advertised on www.mamatribevillage.com and on social media platforms. You agree to maintain the highest standard of professional conduct including respectful communication, confidentiality and collaboration with the other providers in the Village.

COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS: All members must comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws including HIPPA, licensing and medical standards.

PATIENT-CENTERED CARE: Providers are expected to prioritize patient care in all interactions and decisions, ensuring collaboration serves the best interest of the patients.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All educational materials, research, and resources hared within the Mama Tribe Village remain the intellectual property of their creators unless otherwise agreed upon.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST: Members must discloe any potential conflicts of interest and refrain from using the Mama Tribe Village platform for personal or financial gain that may compromise the integrity of the collaboration.

TERMINATION: If for any reason a member of the Mama Tribe Village is no longer operating in accordance with this original agreement, the business relationship may be terminated at any time. MamaTribeVillage.com website will be updated to remove the member's bio and no further membership payments will be taken.

MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS: All sales of this membership are final. Refunds will not be granted but memberships may be terminated at anytime and future payments will not be processed. No fee will be incurred for canceling your membership.

LIABILITY: Mama Tribe Village, LLC shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use any product recommended, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the local and federal jurisdiction.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

By purchasing these products or membership, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not purchase or use this product.
